Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Same day cancellation is subject to up to 30% of their scheduled service fee charge.
No call/no show will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Fees must be paid in full before you are able to rebook.
Maintaining a Safe Space
The Sixth House Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
We pride ourselves on being a safe spacer all, however, this does not include those who are not a safe space to others.
We believe in trans rights, BLM, etc. LGBTQIA+ will always be welcome. If you disagree, then you are more than welcome to find a different service provider.
Deposits
No call/no show or same day cancellations forfeit their deposit.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so once and still maintain your initial deposit.
Rescheduling more than once will result in a loss of your initial deposit, and so you must leave a new deposit in order to rebook/reschedule.
